NOTICE OF HEARING

By the Resident Election Registration Board (RERB)

Amman, Jordan, 23-25 June 2014

Pursuant to COMELEC Resolution No. 9862 promulgated on April 1, 2014, the Philippine Embassy in Amman announces the hearing to be held by the Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., without noon break, on 23, 24, 25 June 2014 at the Office of the Philippine Ambassador in Abdoun, Amman, to decide on the approval / disapproval of the following cases, in line with the ongoing Registration of Overseas Voters for the 2016 National Elections:

• • registration of Overseas Voters;
  • change/correction (s) of entries in the registration records;
  • deactivation/reactivation/cancellation and inclustion of registration records, and / or
  • reinstatement of names inadvertently omitted in the List of Voters

Attached is the list of applications for Overseas Registration so far received. All concerned are requested to file any opposition to any application or on before 22 June 2014, Sunday.
