Philippine Embassy, Public Security Directorate Officials Discuss Closer Cooperation
Officials from the Philippine Embassy in Jordan led by Chargé d’Affaires, a.i. Angeli A. Payumo met today, October 18, 2022, with Major Yazan Alsrour, Head of the International Coordination Division, a special branch of the Public Security Directorate (PSD) of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The said division specializes in coordination with diplomatic missions and international bodies in the Kingdom regarding their employees and nationals. The meeting between the officials affirms the close coordination between the Embassy and the Directorate to enhance services to its people and maintains the solid partnership in terms of responding to concerns on consular and immigration concerns, among others, of Filipino nationals in any part of the Kingdom.
In attendance at the meeting were Third Secretary and Vice Consul Sheila Marie G. Andales, Assistance-to-Nationals (ATN) Officer Francisco Magno, and ATN Translator/Interpreter Issa Mohammad Mofleh.
