Asian Ambassadors’ Ladies in Amman (AALIA) Gathering

Madame Geraldine C. Lucero-Santos, spouse of Philippine Ambassador to Jordan His Excellency Wilfredo C. Santos, hosted the Asian Ambassadors’ Ladies in Amman (AALIA) Coffee Morning and Lunch on May 02, 2023, at the Rumors Lounge and Senate Restaurant, Movenpick Hotel in Amman.

AALIA is an active diplomatic organization in Jordan composed of Asian lady ambassadors and spouses of Asian Ambassadors. They hold regular meetings to foster camaraderie and closer relationships among Asian women, in the spirit of unity and cooperation. As the host, Madame Geraldine Lucero-Santos took the lead in celebrating the diversity of Asian culture. 

The meeting was attended by H.E. Ambassador Nahida Sobhan of Bangladesh, H.E. Ambassador Priyangika Wijegunasekara of Sri Lanka, Madame Fransisca Budayanti of Australia, Madame Mahani Taja’ah of Brunei, Madame Dhani Sarwono of Indonesia, Madame Toyoko Okuyama of Japan, Madame Gaziza Zhalmagmbetova of Kazakhstan, Madame Siriwan Prongthura of Thailand, Mrs. Nikitha Lathief, spouse of the CDA of Indonesia, and Mrs. Dewi Damayanti-Dorsch.
