PH Embassy Ladies Join ALCA Morning Coffee Hosted by Brunei Embassy

ASEAN Ladies Circle in Amman during the coffee morning hosted by Madame Mahani Taja'ah at the Brunei Residence in Jordan on 04 December 2023.

AMMAN 04 December 2023 - The Philippine Embassy Ladies headed by Madame Geraldine C. Lucero-Santos, spouse of Philippine Ambassador Wilfredo C. Santos, joined the ASEAN Ladies Circle in Amman in a coffee morning hosted by Madame Mahani Taja'ah at the Brunei Residence in Jordan on 04 December 2023.

The morning’s activities included a cooking demonstration of traditional Jordanian dishes chicken maqlooba and eggplant fattah. To add to the fun, Madame Mahani raffled off prizes and fruit baskets to the guests.

The coffee morning also provided the opportunity to welcome the new members and bid farewell to the departing members of the ALCA, including those from Thailand and the Philippines.

Around 30 ladies attended the event from the Embassies of Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. The event concluded with a sumptuous buffet lunch featuring Bruneian cuisine. END
