Country Coordinators of Couples for Christ call on the Philippine Ambassador

On 31 March 2024, Mr. Czar and Mrs. Candice Dela Cruz, the country coordinators for the Couples for Christ (CFC) Jordan chapter paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Philippine Ambassador Wifredo C. Santos at the Philippine Embassy. 

Based in Doha, Qatar, the couple often travels to different countries to advocate for their organization. Although they had been to Jordan before, this time they decided to bring their four (4) daughters with them, as part of their first family mission outside Doha.

During the meeting, Mr. Czar and Mrs. Candice Dela Cruz shared the inspiring work that the Couples for Christ (CFC) organization is doing in Jordan and around the world. They discussed their efforts to empower married couples and families through faith-based initiatives and community outreach programs. They also shared with the Ambassador the planned activities of the CFC in the coming months, such as the conduct of the CFC Jordan 10th anniversary special and the annual CFC Global Walk. 

Ambassador Santos commended their dedication and commitment to promoting strong family values and unity within the Filipino community in Jordan. He expressed his willingness to support their mission and activities, and further encouraged them to continue their valuable work in spreading faith and solidarity among families. 

At the conclusion of the meeting, Ambassador Santos led the visitors on a tour of the Embassy premises. Joining Ambassador Santos during the call were Administrative Officer John Danilo G. Jiao and Cultural Officer Elijah Ang-Encarnacion. END
