Philippine Ambassador Supports Gilas Pilipinas U18 Second Game VS the Jordan Junior Falcons

AMMAN 03 September 2024 – Philippine Ambassador H.E. Wilfredo C. Santos together with the Philippine Embassy personnel and the Filipino Community in Jordan supported and met the Gilas Pilipinas U18 Men’s Team in their second game against the Jordan Junior Falcons on 03 September 2024 at the Prince Hamza Hall, Sports City in Amman.

The Gilas U18 Men's Team is here in Jordan to compete in the 2024 FIBA U18 Asia Cup.

Ambassador Santos sent his warm regards and best wishes to the team before the game commenced. Similarly, the Filipino community in Jordan expressed their support and cheered for the team throughout the entire game.

The Jordan Junior Falcons claimed victory by defeating the Gilas U18 with a final score of 62-56.
