PH Embassy explores air connectivity, tourism promotion with Philippine Airlines and Air Promotion Group

AMMAN 17 September 2024 – In a move towards enhancing air connectivity and boosting two-way tourism between the Philippines and Jordan, Philippine Ambassador Wilfredo C. Santos met with Philippine Airlines Area Manager for Eastern Province KSA Mr. Marvin B. Aranzanso, and Air Promotion Group Director Ms. Lana Arafat and Marketing Manager Mr. Hasan Al Teibe today at the Philippine Embassy in Amman. 

During the meeting, the Ambassador highlighted the growing demand for direct flights between Jordan and the Philippines and its potential benefits to the economies of both countries. He conveyed the alignment of the Embassy’s efforts with the thrust of their respective companies and expressed his optimism on the positive outcomes of discussions and initiatives geared towards this end. 

The meeting ended with a mutual agreement for both sides to continue the collaboration and pursue critical next steps to ensure the attainment of mutual objectives. 

The Ambassador was joined by Third Secretary and Vice Consul Ms. Sheila Marie G. Andales and Administrative Officer Mr. John Danilo G. Jiao, Jr. during the meeting. END
